Monday AM 1.28.13

Howdy swimmers:)-the week you've all been waiting for-Butterfly!! Tip of the day blog- to improve fly efficiency- do body dolphin drills with arms in front at shoulder width, pushing down and forward the chest gently while the hips flow upward-pulling the belly button up while the chest pushes, the legs stay together relaxed and NOT kicking(flowing from the hips); each time head comes up it should break the surface. Do lots of body dolphin drills adding one arm fly drills which you will be learning this week. Happy fly swimming!:) coach Lisa
