Coach Sara's killer pace workout.  Almost left my lunch in the gutter!

Warm up:
300 free
100 kick
4 x 50 build, rest :15
4 x 25 1/2 fast, 1/2 ez @ :45

16 x 50 @ 1, every 4th FAST....no so bad, feeling good!
12 x 50 @ 1:05, every 3rd FAST, what happened to all the rest?
8 x 50 @ 1:15, every 2nd FAST, fast again?  already?!?!
4 x 50 @ 1:30, ALL FAST, what you tricked us, it's really 5 fast in a row!!

300 cool down.
