Please don't be alarmed with the new layout of the USMS.org site... it looks fantastic! We all need to explore the numerous articles and challenging workouts they have offered there for members. It may take some time to get used to - especially if you are an avid user of the site (as I am...) BUT I think it will be a great tool for us all to learn and explore :-) Enjoy, and see you at practice tonight!
