Last 2 workouts from the Lunch Bunch, and they were both killers!! For the pain deep inside, push yourself on the sprint 25's in between some longer swimmers on the first practice. The second picture was our special Christmas Tree Set! Climb the ladder for longer and harder swims (faster intervals), then come back down. The idea is that it will feel much easier on the way down....not sure everyone would agree with me there though. Great job to Chris, Sara, and Brian for rocking the Christmas Tree!!!
